I’m a second-generation auctioneer with over 25 years of experience in the auction industry. I’m a equity partner of Sage Auction Solutions, focused primarily on all types of real estate auctions. I’ve worked for over 5 years with one of the leading national real estate auction firms, Tranzon, LLC of Richmond, VA. I served as regional president for Tranzon’s greater mid-west region. Additionally, I served on Tranzon’s executive committee, which helped to shape the services and direction of the company. I’ve helped many non-profit organizations raise millions of dollars to benefit their causes and served on the Auction Marketing Institute's technology committee, state Auctioneers Association’s Legislative committee and I’ve been a past speaker at state conventions. I’m a member of the National Auctioneers Association and a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute. I hold the Accredited Auctioneers of Real Estate (AARE) designation for the National Auctioneers Association. I’m a licensed real estate broker in six states. I was the Runner up to the International Champion Auctioneer in San Antonio, TX and Oklahoma City, OK and the World Championships in Toronto, Canada. I’ve conducted auctions throughout the US, as well as the UK, totaling in excess of $100,000,000. I holds degrees from The University of Wyoming with graduate studies at The University of Nebraska-Lincoln. I’m a private pilot and enjoys using my flying skills to provide clients with aerial photos. My wife Judy and I live in Fort Collins Colorado.
